Bookings are now open for our District fun day at Polyapes Scout Campsite on Saturday 25th April (10am to 4pm). If you’d like to get involved please speak to your Beaver, Cub, Scout or Explorer leader. The event costs £20.

The day will be full of activities based on building skills, facing challenges, boosting confidence, developing friendships and having fun outdoors. It’s no coincidence that we’ve picked Saturday 25th April. As Scouts traditionally renew their Scout Promise on St George’s Day each year, we will incorporate a promise renewal together at the end of the day.

We will be booking some exciting activities as well as offering a selection of activities run by our volunteers. We hope to offer activities like leather stamping, paracord crafts, fire lighting, face
painting, dough twists, badge-making, rope-making, bushcraft skills and backwoods cooking.

The exact offer will depend on the numbers attending and will be confirmed nearer the time.
