For Scouts (101/2 to 14 years), a beginners archery course leading to gaining the Scout “Master at Arms” activity badge.
- VENUE: 1st Hook Scout HQ, Verona Drive, Surbiton.
- DATES: Wednesdays from 25 February – 25 March plus 15 April 2026 inclusive.
- Session time 7.15 – 8.45 pm.

Parents will need to complete the Archery Club’s Health/Consent form. This will be sent out via e-mail when the Booking Form has been received. The Health/Consent form must be brought on the first evening of the course.
The Course lasts for SIX WEEKS & will follow the guidelines set out by Hampshire Scout Archery Club and Archery GB. At the end of the course there is a simple, multiple-choice test of archery knowledge.
On achieving a pass, participants will receive a Certificate proving completion of a Beginners Course in Archery. Those who then take part in an organised Archery Competition will receive the Scout Master at Arms Activity Badge.
There is a maximum of 16 spaces available.
FEE FOR THE COURSE; £50. Paid via OSM or BACs.
This includes course booklet & badge, use of all archery equipment and weekly club fee.
